Horoshkova, Доктор економічних наук Registration Date 26-01-2025 Organization National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy popup.description1 The project objective is to develop theoretical principles, models and methods of integrated, systematic drylands`, land waters` and coastal areas` forecasting and management to prevent natural and man-made risks and emergencies, as well as to minimize their impact on critical infrastructure as components of sustainable geospatial development of a country and its national security. popup.description2 The implementation of the research and development (R&D) project has enabled the development of a comprehensive management system for the development of complex systems, including land areas, inland waters, coastal zones, and critical infrastructure facilities. This system will facilitate the forecasting of sustainable development parameters for regions and the country as a whole, taking into account natural, natural-technogenic risks, and emergencies, with the aim of minimizing the consequences of such impacts. At the third stage of the R&D project, the following results were achieved: the impact of anthropogenic phenomena and exogenous geological processes on the condition of territorial complexes, natural waters, and artificial watercourses and reservoirs was modeled; an algorithm and a predictive model of the impact of anthropogenic phenomena and exogenous processes on the condition of a complex system, including land, inland waters, and coastal areas, were developed; results of environmental assessment and forecasting of the impact of natural-anthropogenic transformations of territorial and aquatic complexes were obtained using modern Remote Sensing of the Earth methods, GIS technologies, and scientific recommendations for their rational use and protection; a management model for natural-technogenic safety of hydroecosystems with economic functions was proposed, and methodological recommendations for sustainable water use in hydroecosystems of different hierarchical levels were developed; a comprehensive model of the influence of natural, natural-technogenic, and technogenic factors on the functioning and use of land and inland waters as a complex natural-economic system was designed. Based on the results of theoretical and applied research, recommendations were developed for plans and strategies for the geospatial development of the country and regions, considering conditions, factors, technologies.
