Currently, education and science worldwide, and particularly in Ukraine, are undergoing a complex stage of modernization driven by the widespread adoption of digital technologies and the development of Society 4.0. Digital technologies based on artificial intelligence are increasingly being implemented in education, offering innovative characteristics such as flexibility, adaptability, personalization, individualization in learning, mobility, and more. One of the main conditions for improving the quality of teacher training, enhancing the implementation of the most advanced scientific achievements in education, and developing innovative teaching tools is ensuring broader access to advanced digital technologies in educational institutions. In this context, there is a need for fundamental research into the design of an educational environment with elements of artificial intelligence for the professional development of teaching staff. This requires the justification of theoretical and methodological foundations for creating such an environment, research into innovative models, principles, and methods of its organization and development, and the identification of the most effective ways of its application. It is essential to consider global trends, which include the transition from the widespread use of individual software tools to comprehensive integrated solutions aimed at supporting cross-platform infrastructures and distributed network services.
