The purpose of the study is to determine the scenarios and procedures for the restoration and effective mobilization of the production, technological, agro-ecological, innovative and investment potential of milk producers located in the de-occupied territories. Research methods: method of morphological analysis; dialectical method; factor analysis; theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis; formalization method; cognitive and scenario modeling; trend analysis.
