For the first time in the world, the possibility of high-quality visualization of endolymphatic hydrops of the inner ear using MRI with a field strength of 1.5 Tesla has been proven. A clinically applicable classification of endolymphatic hydrops for use with 1.5 T magnetic resonance imaging with intratympanic contrast and an associated radiological examination protocol have been developed. The Tinnitus Functional Index questionnaire was translated into Ukrainian and cross-culturally adapted. In the conditions of the acoustic laboratory, a simulation model of the external auditory canal and middle ear was created in the Comsol software package, and experimental methods for determining the acoustic parameters of the external and middle ear model were developed.
