The aim of the work is to develop methods for assessing the effectiveness of the treatment of iodine-negative metastases of differentiated thyroid cancer using tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Research methods and equipment are whole-body scintigraphy with 99mTc-MIBI; whole-body scintigraphy with 99mTc-DMCA; positron emission tomography with 18F-FDG; methods for statistical processing of results; two-detector gamma camera from the company “Mediso” (Hungary), single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) “E. CAM 180”. 60 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer were treated with the targeted drug sorafenib, and SVT with 99mTc-MIBI was performed to assess the treatment effectiveness by scintigraphic imaging. A method of treatment with drugs, tyrosine kinase inhibitors of iodine-negative metastases of differentiated thyroid cancer has been developed. In 20 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and iodine-negative metastases, scintigraphic assessment of treatment effectiveness using PET with 18F-FDG was performed. In 8 patients with bone lesions, treatment was carried out using radionuclide and remote radiotherapy. Control of treatment effectiveness was carried out using SVT with 99mTc-MDP.
