The aim of the study is to develop and scientifically substantiate a model and pedagogical technology for the professional development of future specialists within the framework of university education. Novelty: a methodological justification for the study of the problem of professional formation of future specialists in the process of training in higher education institutions is proposed, which involves the integration of contextual, activity-oriented and personally oriented approaches; an innovative system of criteria and indicators has been developed, as well as a methodology for diagnosing the specifics of the professional development of future specialists, which takes into account modern requirements for the educational process in universities, has been improved; a conceptual model and interactive pedagogical technology for the professional formation of future specialists was created, which involves the use of integrated educational approaches adapted to the conditions of university education; educational and methodological support for the implementation of the model and pedagogical technology was developed, which includes interactive manuals, electronic resources, as well as cases for practical application in the educational process of universities.; the main trends affecting the effectiveness of the professional formation of future specialists in the conditions of university education are defined and systematized, in particular socio-economic challenges, the integration of international standards and the development of digital technologies in education.
