Objective: assessment of quality of life and early detection of psychological disorders, taking into account vitamin and mineral metabolism in children with prolonged COVID-19 in wartime conditions by conducting a survey using the SF-36 questionnaire, which will allow preventing the deterioration of their condition and taking measures to avoid the development of more serious diseases in this group of patients. General laboratory (determination of the number of leukocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, platelets, ESR). 4. Biochemical (determination of D-dimer, CRP, ALT, AST, total protein, procalcitonin). 5. Immunoenzyme (determination of vitamin D and trace element zinc). 6. Immunological (study of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD19+ lymphocyte indices, immunoglobulins A, M, G, E). 7. Statistical processing of the material will be carried out using standard algorithms of variational statistics, the Excel computer program (Microsoft Office, USA), the SISA (Simple Interactive Statistical Analysis) on-line calculator, and Statistica 6.0 will be used for calculations.
