Subject of research – processes of formation and implementation of responsible parenthood in modern society. The main goal of the project is to improve the qualification level of specialists working in the field of family education through training on the formation of responsible parenting. Research objectives: to develop modern approaches and methods for forming appropriate parenting, to develop educational and training programs, and to conduct a series of trainings to improve the skills of specialists. The methods of the study are the analysis of existing educational materials and programs on responsible parenting in modern society; focus groups for analyzing the topic in cooperation with specialists; observations on the assessment of practical aspects of upbringing in a family environment. Scientific result. An effective system of training specialists on responsible parenting has been developed, which is based on modern psychological and pedagogical approaches. A training program has been developed that takes into account the characteristics of modern families. Experimental training has been conducted according to the developed program and positive results have been obtained. Practical recommendations are formulated for specialists working with families. The novelty of the study lies in the development of an innovative training program aimed at developing effective parenting skills. The program combines theoretical knowledge from psychology, pedagogy and sociology with practical exercises, which allows specialists not only to acquire knowledge, but also to practice the acquired skills in real situations.
