The total volume of the scientific work is 68 pages, of which the main text is 59 pages, the list of used sources is 9 pages (118 items). Within the scope of the scientific topic, 1 scientific article published in a foreign periodical, which is included in the Web of Science Core Collection scientometric database, and 1 scientific and practical recommendations have been prepared. The scientific and practical recommendations systematize typical mistakes made by employees of strategic investigation units when documenting administrative corruption offenses, which is the basis for returning materials for revision. The inconsistency of the legal positions of the judicial authorities regarding the determination of the moment of receiving information about administrative corruption offenses by the units of strategic investigations is emphasized, which, on the one hand, determines the fact of detection of an administrative corruption offense, and on the other hand, the fact of drawing up a protocol on an administrative offense. The results of law enforcement activities of strategic investigation units were analyzed, on the basis of which such legal categories as "detection of signs of an administrative offense" and "detection of an administrative offense" were distinguished and delimited. Proposals have been made to amend Part 4 of Article 38 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, regarding the extension of the terms of imposing an administrative penalty for the commission of an offense related to corruption, changing the specified term from six months to one year, from the day of its detection.
