Retaining loyal customers contributes to long-term competitive advantages; increasing profitability; predicting the target audience behavior; allowing enterprises to ensure sustainable development in a dynamic environment, focusing on mutually beneficial long-term relationships. The study analyzed theoretical approaches to loyalty formation, its influence factors, in particular service quality, personalization, price incentives and digital technologies. Recommendations were developed for the integration of sustainable development into loyalty programs, their economic efficiency and impact on consumers were assessed. The results were implemented in the educational process of the CHTEI SUTE and can be used by enterprises to form effective loyalty programs that take into account modern consumer needs, increase customer satisfaction, strengthen long-term relationships, ensure competitiveness and contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.
