The work's purpose is to master the technology of high-alumina (corundum) ceramics of group HA 98 from super-reactive alumina of new grades by slip casting method. The dynamic viscosity of alumina slips from alumina grades 1 and 2 was studied depending on their moisture content and holding time, and the properties of raw materials and fired samples were determined. It was found that an increase in the moisture content of the slips leads to a decrease in their dynamic viscosity. The dynamic viscosity of the slips decreases with time and becomes minimal at  24 hours of exposure (optimal exposure time), while it practically does not change when exposed for more than 24—48 hours. The dynamic viscosity of alumina grade 2 slips is higher than that of alumina grade 1 slips due to its greater dispersion. It has been established that the highest property values are observed for greens and samples after firing made from slips with a moisture content of 20 %, which should be considered optimal. Samples made from alumina slips of grade 2 have lower property values than samples made from alumina slips of grade 1. JSC “URIR named after A. S. Berezhnoy” at the manufacture of a pilot batch of products in the form of pestles for a vibratory grinder mastered the technology of high alumina (corundum) ceramics of group HA 98 from super-reactive alumina of new grades and expanded the raw material base for the manufacture of products. The products have high properties: open porosity — 0.6 %; content, wt. %: Al2O3 — 99.80 %, Fe2O3 — 0.04 %, MgO — 0.05 %, SiO2 — 0.04 %. JSC “URIR named after A. S. Berezhnoy” manufactured high-combustion products, which were delivered to consumers.
