The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring the safe mining of the d4 coal seam, which is dangerous due to sudden emissions of coal and gas, by the 1st bench of the southern panel of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» by supplying fresh air to the cleaning face one by one without refreshing the outgoing ventilation air stream. Research methods are generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations using standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining, geological and mining characteristics, schemes and parameters of ventilation of the excavations of the excavation section 1 of the 1st bench of the southern panel of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring safe mining of coal seam d4, which is dangerous due to sudden emissions of coal and gas, with 1 bench of the southern panel of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» with fresh air supply to the cleaning face one by one without refreshing the outgoing ventilation air stream" have been developed. The mining of 1 bench of the southern panel of block 10 with fresh air supply to the cleaning face one by one without refreshing the outgoing air stream has been agreed upon, provided that the developed recommendations for ensuring gas safety are implemented.
