The intermediate results of the research were published in scientific publications in professional publications and collections of scientific works, discussed during the work of a number of International, All-Ukrainian and Regional scientific conferences, in the process of conducting author's trainings and advanced training courses for mediators, as well as in the process of preparing two dissertations for the educational and scientific level of Doctor of Philosophy. The obtained research results demonstrate the effectiveness of mediation as an alternative method of resolving legal disputes and conflicts, and also provide an opportunity to continue the research that has been initiated.
