A method of volumetric vibration processing of parts has been developed, which consists in a targeted technological impact on the working surfaces of the part by controlling the operating modes of the vibration installation. New devices for vibration abrasive processing of parts, a vibration excitation system of the vibration installation and an actuator of the vibration installation have been developed, and the effectiveness of a new method of processing parts of the “axis” type has been substantiated. A methodology for determining the operating parameters of vibration and vibration impact machines has been developed. Ways to improve the volumetric processing method have been established.
