Research methods. The methodological basis of the research is a set of general scientific and special-legal methods (comparative, historical, formal-legal, modeling), united by a systematic approach, the use of which made it possible to characterize the subject of the research taking into account the existing connections between them and successfully achieve the goal of the research. The main research methods are empirical (in particular, observation, description, comparison) and general scientific (primarily analysis, synthesis, generalization, explanation, historical and logical methods, etc.).
