A business process of paperless certification has been developed for the practical implementation of the functional module for the procedure of state certification of scientific institutions and higher education institutions in terms of the implementation of scientific (scientific and technical) activities by such institutions in the URIS System in accordance with the new methodology for conducting state certification. The design of data presentation on the National Portal of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation of the URIS on the participation of Ukrainian organizations in Horizon Europe has been improved, which will ensure high-quality presentation of the results of research conducted with funds from Horizon Europe, which will create the prerequisites for finding partners and specialists, and will contribute to increasing the number of participants of Ukrainian institutions in international framework programs.
