It is established that: Samples of fermented milk products provided by the Customer do not contain bacteria of any genus Staphylococcus, Salmonella sp and BGKP. Total amount of L. acidophilus in yogurt children's TM "Yagotynske for children" range ranged from 1.1±0.05×108 CFU/ml up to 1.9±0.03×108 CFU/ml. Regarding the total number of bacteria of the species L. rhamnosus in samples of TM "Yagotynskyi" yogurt in the assortment, they are shown the amount from 1.3±0.05×108 CFU/ml to 6.2±0.05×108 CFU/ml.
