The raw materials of plants of the genera Actinidia, Bidens, Viola, Thymus, Achillea, Plantago, Hypericum, Artemisia, Akebia, Szhisandra, Zea are promising. The morphological and anatomical features of the above species of plants were studied. An in-depth phytochemical study of the leaves of plants of the genera Actinidia and Akebia was carried out. A draft of quality control methods for medicinal plant raw materials of Actinidia arguta leaves has been developed. The production technology was developed, and a substance of plant origin based on the leaves of Actinidia arguta was obtained. A project of quality control methods was developed for the obtained substance for which proteasome inhibitory activity was proven. The obtained data may allow the development of a new concept of the effectiveness of plant extracts as possible inhibitors of the proteasome and make it possible to offer a number of effective and safe therapeutic substances for inflammatory, autoimmune processes, and oncological diseases.
