The work aims to establish the patterns of the influence of the structure and chemical composition of intermediate multilayer interlayers based on eutectic systems on the processes of reactive diffusion in the titanium alloy bonding zone, ensuring the formation of a joint with high mechanical properties. The research methods involved scanning electron microscopy with local chemical composition analysis, optical microscopy, X-ray structural analysis, differential thermal analysis, microhardness testing, and shear and tensile strength determination. The conducted research revealed the patterns of the influence of the structure, chemical composition, and nature of phase transformations during the heating of multilayer foils with a eutectic composition based on Ti-Cu and Ti-Ni systems on the processes of reactive diffusion of components in the bonding zone of titanium alloys. The chemical composition of the multilayer foil, the temperature, and the duration of the bonding process were determined, which ensured the formation of titanium alloy joints with high mechanical properties without altering the structural characteristics of the base material under low-pressure conditions. The established patterns can serve as the basis for developing a technology for producing non-detachable titanium alloy joints with equal strength under conditions of reduced thermomechanical impact.
