A set of general scientific methods was used to perform the work, including theoretical and logical generalisation, observation, cause-and-effect relationships and expert assessments, comparative analysis, and synthesis. The result of the work is a report on the research work, which contains a description of the modified system of prioritisation of objects for financing capital expenditures at construction, reconstruction and overhaul facilities, the results of building rating tables according to the modified prioritisation system and their analysis, as well as a review of certain aspects of international experience in approaches to the selection of objects for financing capital expenditures. The scientific novelty of the work lies in determining the coefficients of influence on the value of the integral performance coefficient obtained by the algorithm of prioritisation of objects for financing capital expenditures at construction, reconstruction and overhaul facilities, and changing the ranges of their values. The results of the study can be used in the activities of local self-government bodies, in particular, in the activities of the Department of Economics and Investments of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) as a new tool for ensuring an objective and impartial selection for the formation of a targeted list of objects for financing capital expenditures from the city budget.
