We apply the following methods for the solution of problems under consideration: algebraic ones, methods of functional analysis and function theory, and dynamic system theory methods. The most of expected results will provide complete or partial answers to problems posed by known specialists in Analysis and Topology and hence are going to be essential achievements in the mentioned above fields.
