Оn the basis of experimental data of soybean humidity at the exit of the dryer and changes in the height of soybeans on cascades-sieves during the drying process, to determine the correlation between these values, which will become the basis for the development of a methodology for determining the height of the boiling layer of soybeans due to the known value of the final moisture content of the product. The results obtained during the implementation of the NDR formed the basis of scientific and methodological recommendations regarding the use of the method of determining the height of the boiling layer of soybeans based on the data of the moisture sensor of the final product.
