Purpose of the study is to assess the current state of climate services in the world and Ukraine, to develop a model of a National Framework for Climate Services and new types of climate products. Research methods - methods of statistical evaluation, time series analysis and information approximation, probabilistic and statistical, climatological, comparative geographical and graphical analytical methods, analysis, synthesis, generalization of the information obtained. A draft layout of the National Framework for Climate Services (NFCS) of Ukraine was developed, in particular, its purpose, structure, functions, interaction mechanisms, priority areas of climate services, goals and objectives for the near future were determined. Methodological recommendations for improving climate services in Ukraine were prepared, which state that the key issues for the country are the creation of an institutional framework for NFCS, its implementation and sustainable functioning, development of a consumer-oriented climate information system, strengthening the interaction between suppliers and users of climate services, development of standards, quality management of climate services, scientific and information-analytical support for climate services. A test version of the electronic Climate Bulletin for Ukraine has been developed, which is a web application for a local network that provides information on the peculiarities of climatic conditions for a given month, season and year for Ukraine, regions and settlements. Monthly, seasonal and annual climate bulletins for 2022, 2023 and 2024, an analytical review of trends in temperature, humidity and their features in Ukraine in 2022 and 2023, relative to the current climate norm, have been prepared.
