The subject of the study is the mechanism of strategic planning for the development of the Zbarazh community. The aim of the scientific work is to develop a comprehensive document – the Development Strategy of the Zbarazh community. To achieve this goal, the study employs methods of systemic, historical, comparative, structural-morphological, logical, and strategic analysis, as well as systematization, analogy, generalization, expert surveys (including Google Forms), data visualization, and scenario modeling. The scientific significance of the proposed measures lies in the formation of methodological recommendations and the development of organizational and scientific approaches to strategic planning for the development of the Zbarazh community, using consolidated, synergetic, noospheric, and risk-oriented approaches.
