The project is based on the development of an automated ultrasonic system for the extraction of plant materials in the manufacture of multi-nutrient functional beverages for inclusion in the diet during the rehabilitation and prevention of post-traumatic stress disorders, as they will contain nutrients enriched with compounds that determine the state of human health, immunity, adaptability, as well as the ability to withstand various negative external and internal factors, in particular in combat conditions. The project aims to develop an automated polyfrequency ultrasound system to increase the efficiency of extraction of biologically active substances from plant materials and the production of functional beverages for comprehensive rehabilitation, and prevention of post-traumatic stress disorders, which is important for public health, medicine, food industry, and the country's military and defense industry.
