A new heat-resistant and wear-resistant nickel-based casting alloy strengthened by niobium carbide of the KhTN-66 brand has been developed - an analogue of serial cobalt alloys. Results have been obtained regarding its melting point, microstructure and phase composition, as well as hardness, heat resistance and linear wear at a temperature of 1073K. Materials - hydrogen sorbents for its safe transportation and storage in a bound state based on the Ti-Zr-Mn-V-Ni system for the needs of hydrogen energy have been synthesized. The alloys created on the Al–Mg–Ge system are competitive with modern industrial aluminum alloys in terms of their corrosion properties and strength characteristics. Modification of the KhTN-62 alloy fundamentally changes the phase composition of the alloy and allows obtaining amorphous-nanocrystalline ribbons with a volume fraction of the amorphous phase of about 70%.  Product Description popup.authors Yevlash Ihor K.
