A theoretical and methodological analysis of career guidance and career diagnostics for high school students, as well as modern methods and tools for such work, has been conducted. Both well-known and innovative methods have been proposed for use. This formed the basis for developing a psychodiagnostic career guidance program for high school students, incorporating modern gaming and interactive methods. The testing of the proposed toolkit confirmed its effectiveness in identifying students' professional tendencies and providing recommendations for future career choices. The implementation of these methods helps minimize students' professional uncertainty and enhances their readiness for a well-informed career decision.
