The article proposes theoretical and methodological provisions for improving the analysis of the marketing environment at all levels of the hierarchical management system in the context of multi-level convergence through the use of the algorithm of entropy testing of marketing systems. This analytical tool can also be used to diagnose crisis trends in the system. A classification gradation of types of sectoral ecosystems has been developed according to the form of cooperation network and the type of technological system. Six structural variations in the development of sectoral ecosystems are proposed and the peculiarities of their development are substantiated. The article develops theoretical and methodological foundations for analysing the effects of digital transformations on the sustainable development of the national economy; marketing aspects of forming the IT ecosystem of the national economy in the form of a multi-level convergent system of an open digital society with closely interconnected and flexibly interacting elements that perform synergistic functions based on new methods of coordination and networking. Network interaction is aimed at eliminating the existing contradictions and gaps in the development of the national economy in order to ensure high growth rates and social development at a qualitatively new level on the basis of intellectual leverage and the principles of societality.
