The strain is deposited in accordance with the "Instructions on the procedure for depositing strains of microorganisms in Ukraine for the purpose of carrying out the patent procedure". The object of research is the Saccharomyces boulardii SB 019/24 strain, provided by the customer. The task of the work is to carry out the procedure for depositing the Saccharomyces boulardii SB 019/24 strain - receiving documents, registering the strain, providing an identification number for the culture, establishing its viability, studying microbiological purity, preparing for lyophilization and lyophilization of the strain, placing it for storage and monitoring the viability of the culture after freeze-drying. Research methods are accepted in microbiology. As a result, the morphological and cultural properties of the strain were investigated and analyzed, its microbiological purity and non-virulence were established. The culture was lyophilized and deposited. A certificate of deposit of the strain in the Depository of Microorganisms of the D. K.
