The strains are deposited according to the "Instructions on the procedure for depositing strains of microorganisms in Ukraine for the purpose of carrying out the patent procedure". Research objects: strains Bradyrhizobium japonicum BTA-010, Rhizobium phaseoli BTA-011 3, Rhizobium leguminosarum BTA-012 4, Azospirillum brasilense BTA-013 5,.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BTA-014 6, Trichoderma harzianum BTA-015 7, Coniothyrium minitans BTA-016 8, Arthrobotrys oligospora BTA-017 9 Purpureocillium lilacinum BTA-018, Pseudomonas fluorescens BTA-019, Pseudomonas putida BTA-020 provided by the customer. The task of the work is to carry out the procedure for depositing strains: receiving documents, registering strains, assigning identification numbers to cultures, establishing their viability, studying microbiological purity, preparing for lyophilization and lyophilization of strains, placing them for storage and monitoring the viability of cultures after freeze-drying. Research methods are accepted in microbiology. As a result, the morphological and cultural properties of the strains were studied and analyzed, their microbiological purity and non-virulence were established. The cultures were lyophilized and deposited. Certificates of deposit of the strains in the Depository of Microorganisms of the D. K.
