Dobrov NAS of Ukraine " popup.description1 To update the list of research and development areas that require priority support, taking into account the challenges of today popup.description2 The object of research is the priority directions of development of scientific research and development in nine thematic blocks, which cover the main branches and vectors of development of Ukrainian science, determined as a result of forecast and analytical studies performed in 2021. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that over the past three years, new challenges to the country and science related to the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war and global trends in the development of science and technology have come to the fore. This requires a highly professional assessment of the priorities and directions of regrouping the scientific and technical potential of the country, which requires the involvement of a wide range of experts, as well as ensuring the objectivity and impartiality of the estimates received from them, which can be achieved using the Delphic method of organizing their survey. The purpose of the work is to identify which of the areas of development of research and development recognized as requiring priority support in 2021 have retained their relevance today and in the near future, and which have lost their relevance or opportunities for implementation in today's conditions. In turn, the task is to involve experts in identifying scientific and technological problems that should become a priority subject of scientific research and development in response to the new challenges of today, but were not taken into account in the priorities of 2021. The Report presents brief results of the forecast and analytical study "Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Foresight," which was performed by the State Institution «G.M.
