It was shown that the studied strains of aerobic spore-forming microorganisms synthesised a number of phenolic and indole compounds, which, according to the results of chemoinformatics analysis, can exhibit antioxidant, antimicrobial, antifungal and growth-stimulating activity against higher plants. High exogenous phosphate-mobilising (phytase type) and antagonistic (lipopeptide antibiotic synthesis) activities of B. velezensis 20F and Bacillus sp.41 strains were confirmed, which can be recommended as a basis for biological products for plant production. A biotechnology for the production of a microbial preparation based on P. synxantha strain UCM B-399 as a potential gene for biocontrol of plant diseases was developed. The methodology for studying the biofilm formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa on 96-well plates was standardised.
