The purpose of the work is to develop a technological map for dismantling a wooden rafter structure and a roof made of asbestos-cement sheets. The Ukrainian housing stock is distinguished by a wide variety of developments, building types, and apartments that appeared during different periods of urban development. The purpose of the reconstruction of the existing housing stock is to restructure it to improve planning solutions, increase the level of living comfort and convenience of engineering equipment of buildings, and create apartments for a modern family that meet modern sociological and demographic requirements. When reconstructing residential buildings, social and urban planning objectives, as well as the economic and technical efficiency of its implementation, are taken into account. The social objectives of reconstruction consist in a radical renewal of the buildings and structure of the housing stock, which involves improving the living conditions of residents of old and new areas of settlements in accordance with prospective and modern requirements.
