Based on the results of the research, theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations have been developed for managing economic security and strategic development of socio-economic systems in the context of innovative transformations based on modeling economic situations: systems for comprehensive assessment of the level of economic security, innovation potential, and the ability of socio-economic systems to maintain economic security and ensure effective strategic development in the context of innovative transformations have been developed; organizational and economic mechanisms for strategies for the safe development of innovation-oriented socio-economic systems have been developed; a package (complex) of scientific and practical recommendations has been created for the formation of strategies for the safe development of socio-economic systems at different levels of the organizational and economic environment. The results of the study can be used: by ministries and departments when developing regulatory documents; by regional and local executive authorities; in the work of units of institutional sectors of the economy of various forms of ownership and organizational and legal forms; in the educational process of higher education institutions.
