Main tasks: to improve the methodological approach to determining the factors of influence on the development of the world and Ukrainian markets of IP objects, taking into account external factors; to study and improve organizational and economic models of transfer and commercialization of innovative technologies, which take into account the relationship between the developer and the consumer of IP. Factors of influence on the development of the world and Ukrainian markets of IP objects have been identified: the scale of the national IP market, insufficient level of investment support, low level of demand for IP, high level of counterfeiting and piracy; legal imperfection of intellectual business; weak level of stimulation of innovative developments; low quality of domestic patents; problems of time for registration and use of a patent; low efficiency of functioning of the IP market; corruption pressure on development and use of IP; level of market transparency of ownership of IP assets; low level of liquidity of IP assets; inaccuracy of valuation of IP objects; poor quality service in the field of intellectual business; low level of awareness of potential consumers about the potential of IP objects. The practice of applying methods and approaches to introducing IP objects into economic circulation is characterized. An analysis of existing organizational forms of commercial technology transfer is carried out, their advantages and disadvantages are identified.
