The object of research is the knowledge-intensive development of the country and regions in today's realities. The purpose of the work is to analyze the knowledge-intensive potential of industry and the service sector in the regions of Ukraine and to study the features of the globalization of science and innovation as a key factor of knowledge-intensive development in wartime conditions. Research methods are a comprehensive approach; methods of analysis and synthesis; classification; graphical method; statistical and correlation analysis.
