The project plans to explore the current state, priority areas for improvement of legislation on the creation and implementation of the National Geospatial Data Infrastructure. To achieve this goal, it is planned to carry out an analysis of institutional support, analysis and assessment of the current state of creation of the National Geospatial Data Infrastructure. It is planned to develop a procedure for filling and using the data of the National Geospatial Data Infrastructure, as well as proposals for the standard of the National Geospatial Data Infrastructure in Ukraine. The project involves reforming the management system in the field of land relations. popup.description2 The National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) is a key element of the modern system of public administration, providing the collection, storage, processing, and integration of spatial information from various sources. Its development aims to enhance the effectiveness of decision-making, eliminate data duplication, ensure transparency, and provide access to reliable information. In Ukraine, the issue of establishing the NSDI has been relevant since 2005. However, due to the absence of a unified coordinate system, fragmented data, low public demand, and weak regulatory frameworks, its implementation has remained inconsistent. Today, under conditions of decentralization and growing demand for digital transformation in governance, the creation of an effective spatial data infrastructure has become critically important. The NSDI should serve as a platform that integrates geographic, statistical, and administrative information, ensuring their accessibility through a unified system. This will enable government agencies, businesses, and the public to use spatial data for analysis, planning, and territorial development management. The implementation of the NSDI will support the concept of "e-government," reduce costs, introduce licensed data usage, and create an open information environment. Thus, the development of the NSDI is a strategic direction for ensuring transparent, evidence-based, and efficient governance at all levels of public administration.
