The clinical structure and mechanisms of the formation of mental disorders in people who have suffered COVID-19 were described. It was established that the clinical picture of mental disorders in the examined patients is represented by depressive, anxiety, astheno-neurotic and cognitive syndrome complexes. A personalized system for the correction of mental disorders in people who have suffered COVID was developed. A personalized program of psychotherapeutic correction was also developed, which included the use of cognitive behavioral therapy with additional use: for depressive syndrome complexes - biosuggestive therapy, art therapy and midfullness technique; for anxiety syndrome complexes - biosuggestive therapy, relaxation exercises and stress resistance training; for asthenic-neurotic syndrome complex: body-oriented psychotherapy, art therapy and relaxation exercises; for cognitive syndrome complex - cognitive training. Analysis of clinical results of using the developed program of personalized therapy of mental disorders and rehabilitation of people who have suffered from COVID-19 has proven its effectiveness. Against its background, positive dynamics of the mental state, rapid reduction of anxiety-depressive and asthenic symptoms, improvement of cognitive functions, formation of adaptive coping strategies, increase in the level of social adaptation and improvement of the quality of life of people who have suffered from COVID-19 were noted.
