COMPLEX OXIDES, METAL ALLOYS, MOLECULAR CRYSTALS, HIGH-ENTROPIC ALLOYS, FILMS The object of research is crystalline and amorphous compounds of complex oxides; amorphous, nano- and microcrystalline, quasi-crystalline, composite metallic and dielectric thin-film materials rapidly cooled from the melt and vapor; molecular crystals of photoreactive compounds. Optical phenomena and processes of charge carrier transport; electronic phenomena in structures. The purpose of the work is the development of methods of obtaining new materials based on crystalline and amorphous compounds. Investigation of physical properties of synthesized materials. Research methods – Czochralski method, sintering method, rapid melt cooling method, controlled glass crystallization method, X-ray phase analysis method, dielectric and impedance spectroscopy methods, EPR, photoluminescence, optical absorption spectroscopy. An analytical review of literature sources was made regarding: the study of the electrical properties of pure and doped Cr and Mn ions LiNaGe4O9 single crystals; the influence of technological factors on the properties of alloys and films, metal alloy samples, high-entropy films, and microwires. Electronic vibrational transitions in the 2-(2'-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole molecule were calculated. The properties of samples were synthesized and investigated: glasses and crystals of lithium heptagermanate Li2Ge7O15, undoped and doped with Cr, Mn, Cu, Al, Gd, Eu ions; bismuth silicosilenite crystals Bi12SiO20, undoped and doped with Cr, Mn ions; lead molybdate crystals; crystals, glasses and glass-ceramics LiNaGe4O9, doped with Cr, Mn, Cu, Gd ions. The results of research can be used for the production of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings of materials, creation of materials with special functional characteristics.
