The heat and mass exchange processes in the solar thermodynamic plants were study by performers of the research project. The radiation heat transfer in concentration systems of solar energy, the convective heat transfer in the tube heat receivers with different heat transfer fluids, the fluid mechanics and heat transfer in heat latent thermal energy modules “solid body – liquid” were studied. A significant amount of research was been devoted to the construction and analysis of neural networks and expert systems of various types and purposes. Modeling based on continuity hypothesis also was object of studying for the initiative research project. All research were conducted using methods of mathematical and computer modeling. Developed models and obtained results were verified. Performers of the research project applied deterministic methods of modeling (analytical methods, classic and improved numerical methods, methods of optimization and fuzzy logic etc.) as well as the stochastic methods (Monte-Carlo ray tracing method etc.) Product Description popup.authors Yehoshkin Danylo I.
