The peculiarities of psychosocial assistance to elderly people with disabilities in wartime conditions have been analyzed, with an emphasis on expanding access to digital services and mobile support forms. A conceptual model for the rehabilitation of military personnel has been formulated, integrating psychological, social, pedagogical, and medical aspects of comprehensive support. The role of psychoeducation as a key mechanism for preventing professional burnout among social sector specialists has been established, along with the integration of psychoeducational practices into professional training systems.
