As a result of the implementation of the project, a pilot sample of a filtering respirator will be developed and manufactured, which includes a high-efficiency filter and a control unit for operational parameters based on the developed algorithm for control: A method of automatic control of the protective efficiency of the dust respirator by installing a pressure gauge on the half mask is proposed, which allows to assess the compliance of the half mask with the anthropometric dimensions of the worker, the tightness of the fit during its operation (the absence of gaps between the face and the half mask during sliding, head turns, body tilts), as well as the term protective effect of filters until they acquire a critical value of the pressure drop, which indicates the need for their replacement.
