Under these conditions, land potential is presented as a powerful resource of the agro-industrial complex for the development of the Ukrainian economy, which requires the implementation of an effective model for the development of the mechanism for the use of agricultural land, adequate to the modern tough conditions of international competition in the global economy and European integration of Ukraine. Priorities for the implementation of national policy in the field of land relations, in particular the restoration and increase of soil fertility, the reclamation of disturbed lands, have been substantiated. A key role in this will be assigned to land management, land use planning, in particular their zoning to coordinate economic interests, the preservation and restoration of soil fertility, and the protection of agricultural lands from destructive erosion processes. An ecological approach was applied, which involves the introduction of environmentally friendly agricultural technologies, including organic and precision agriculture based on the use of geoinformation technologies in the process of agricultural activities.
