In conditions of macroeconomic instability, low values ​​of the consumer sentiment index, the basis for sustainable development of domestic construction industry enterprises should be their determination of the optimal market price for their products, which will ensure stable demand for them, full utilization of production capacities and, as a result, maximize the profits of enterprises in the industry. At the same time, for the formation of the marketing price policy of each construction industry enterprise, not only the development of a pricing strategy is important, but also tactical price actions, which, taking into account the conditions of the real market situation, can be aimed at changing the price level to achieve the strategic goals of manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, in the process of developing and implementing a marketing pricing policy, construction industry enterprises must necessarily take into account the influence of economic cyclicality (which directly affects the cost of their products and the demand for them in the domestic market), as well as the situation in regional sales markets. Pricing for building materials and products has a significant impact on economic processes not only at the microeconomic, but also at the industry and macroeconomic levels, which causes constant attention to the study of this issue by domestic and foreign scientists. However, few existing works have reflected the features of pricing specifically for building materials and products, as well as the influence of economic cycles on the prices of construction goods, which determines the relevance of the chosen research topic.
