The need to evaluate the quality of life and psycho-emotional condition of patients with post-COVID syndrome has been substantiated. The implication of post-COVID syndrome in the incidence of anxiety and depressive disorders, abnormal clinical and laboratory findings, namely haemoglobin, albumin, CRP, fibrinogen, has been proved, which may be the basis for further development of approaches to optimise treatment. The conclusions of the study will contribute to a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis and non-motor symptoms of motor neurone disease (MND), and, accordingly, to the improvement of the diagnostic and treatment algorithm in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
