The object of the research is the operation process of a transport-technological unit during the performance of a crop production technological operation. The subject of the research is the enhancement of the stability and efficiency of transport-technological unit operation through the rational redistribution of engine power among the unit's components. The following methods were used in the course of the research: mathematical modeling, comparative analysis, graphical methods, statistical analysis, spectral analysis, experimental methods, and specialized research techniques. The results of the scientific research include, in particular, the following: when using powered wheels on the technological machine, the conditions for movement with minimal additional energy consumption were identified, taking into account the dynamic components of transport-technological unit motion. A geometric interpretation of the stochastic motion process was proposed, which represents the movement of the unit through a single determining parameter — acceleration (or deceleration). A methodology was substantiated for determining operating modes based on energy-saving and functional stability criteria. A system for controlling and monitoring the dynamic parameters of the unit's operation was developed, which can be integrated into the tractor's onboard system. The research results have been transferred for further implementation to the State Enterprise "Leonid Pogorilyy Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Forecasting and Testing of Machinery and Technologies for Agricultural Production" (Kharkiv branch).
