 The purpose of the work is to develop a software system for the central station of the monitoring network based on a personal computer with access to supercomputer resources. The project also aims to develop algorithms for processing and analyzing monitoring signals, encrypting monitoring data with the formation of reliable compressed and protected data arrays, visualizing signals and processing data, transmitting monitoring data to Internet subscribers, and organizing access to supercomputer resources.
