Subject of the study: theoretical, methodological and scientific-practical foundations for the formation and implementation of innovative economic policy to ensure energy efficiency in the context of Ukraine's post-war recovery. Objective: to develop scientific and methodological tools and methodological and practical recommendations for the implementation of innovative economic policy to ensure energy efficiency and economic justification of the target energy efficiency model in the context of the development of Industries 4.0, 5.0 and the growing risks of the post-war period. In accordance with the research objective, the following tasks were set and solved: to investigate the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative economic policy formation and its role in the context of ensuring energy efficiency; to analyse methodological approaches to the formation, implementation and evaluation of indicators of innovative economic policy for energy efficiency; to analyse the state and characteristics of the energy sector and energy efficiency policy in Ukraine, taking into account the challenges of the post-war period; analyse indicators of innovative economic policy, taking into account sustainable development, decarbonisation and the circular economy; propose approaches to determining strategic directions for ensuring energy efficiency; justify directions for ensuring energy security and developing innovative economic policy for energy efficiency.
