The purpose of scientific research based on selection and genetic analysis is to confirm the genetic conditionality of the level of manifestation of the main economically valuable traits. Winter hardiness studies, namely the percentage of bud preservation, were conducted in non-extreme conditions, which contributed to the preservation of more than 70% of buds in most varieties. The variety Muscat Budzhasky stands out with 100% bud preservation. The conditions of the growing season in 2024 were unfavorable for the development of mildew - even on unstable varieties, the development of the disease was not below the relative level. Oidium damage in most varieties was at the level of 6 - 7 points. The varieties Centennial Seedless, Black Rose, Neptune, etc. showed susceptibility to oidium. Regarding black spotting, most varieties were not affected (9 points), and the Centennial Seedless, Kishmysh Nakhodka and Sultanina varieties showed relative resistance to this disease. Damage to berries by rot at the level of 20-35% was noted in the Centennial Seedless, Rochefort, Bazhena and Black Rose varieties. The varieties Vostorg (control), Poeloeske muskotaly and Bazhena were distinguished by high productivity. Most forms showed an average yield level - 6.2 - 9.8 t / ha. From 135 to 265 g / dm3 of sugars in the juice of table varieties and from 212 to 250 g / dm3 in the group of technical varieties were noted. The highest tasting rating was given to the varieties Velika and Sultanina. The varieties Black Rose, Bazhena and Gold finger, etc. were distinguished by their taste properties, elegance of clusters and large berries. The conducted selection and genetic analysis allowed us to identify the source varieties and donors of the valuable traits "seedlessness", "early maturity", "dark color of berries", "large-fruited" and "muscat aroma". The collection has been replenished with new genotypes mainly from Product Description popup.authors Herus Liudmyla V. Dzhumanazarova Svitlana P. Kovalova Iryna A. Muljukina Nina A Salii Olena V.
