 A systematic study of the immunophysiological state and antioxidant defense system of the animal body under oxidative stress was conducted and differences in the mechanisms reflecting the development of the adaptation syndrome were established with the combined use of vitamins A, D3, E, milk thistle, butaphosphan, interferon, methionine, selenium in the form of liposomal emulsions and feed additives. The pharmacodynamics of newly developed drugs on the antioxidant and immune status of the animal body were studied. The influence of abiotic factors on the biochemical and morphological parameters of the blood of pigs was studied. The efficiency of growing and fattening pigs under constant dry feeding systems and variable feeding systems during fattening was studied. The fattening and meat qualities of young pigs of the Large White breed were studied. The dependence of sow productivity, growth rate of suckling piglets, their weight when transferred to finishing, and consumption of prestarter feed products under dry and liquid feeding systems during the suckling period was also studied. A method for increasing productivity and preserving piglets during weaning was developed. The influence of abiotic factors on biochemical and morphological indicators of cattle blood was studied. The dependence of serum calcium and phosphorus content on indicators of reproductive ability in cows was studied. The antioxidant status of the body of young cattle under heavy metal loading was studied, and the antioxidant properties of the liposomal preparation “Lipointersil” were also established. The influence of the liposomal preparation “Butaselmevit” on the antioxidant status of the body of cows during the development of endotoxicosis was studied. A method for correcting the feeding of young cattle under conditions of man-made environmental pollution with heavy metals was developed.
